I have read a number of books about Near Death Experiences, most talk about a glorious after life, but very few of them talk about Hell. So it was very insightful to read this account of Hell from “Antonio” via after death communications direct from the spirit world.
I have come across the concept that our afterlife is what we create it as. It is a reflection of how we live our lives. In this book you will read about some of the depths of Hell, but also about how to leave those depths if you should find yourself there.
One of the main ways to advance yourself in the spirit world, and in the physical world, is to help others. Antonio takes the reader on a number of his journeys where he went into the dark places of Hell, and assisted lost souls to leave the level of Hell they were on and to start the journey back to the light.
This was a fascinating book to read, and it is going on my “to read again” shelf.
To Heaven and Back: A Doctor’s Extraordinary Account of Her Death, Heaven, Angels, and Life Again: A True Story
Mary Neal’s life was saved by a miracle during her Near Death Experience. In her book, To Heaven and Back, Mary tells how the miracles were not limited to just her. A number of other people who were trying to save her also experienced miracles. Mary was running some river rapids, when while cascading down a waterfall, her kayak became pinned at the bottom and she was completely submerged under a strong river current. Her companions “could see her helmet, but there was about four feet of deep, strong current between the ledge upon which they were standing and her. The water was too deep and fast moving for anyone to stand in it, and the gap was too wide to step across or span.” “Again and again they were unsuccessful in their attempts to reach her…” Then “They looked down and a dry rock suddenly appeared in the middle of the water flow that separated them from her. They were able to step onto this rock and use it as a platform from which they could reach her boat.” Much later after they had retrieved Mary, her companions returned to the scene of the accident and “tried to recover the two kayaks that were still trapped at the bottom of the waterfall. The rock upon which they had been standing when they fished her out of the water was gone.
This is only one example of some of Mary’s miracles that happened during her Near Death Experience.
Mary not only had an encounter with a divine being when she died but continued to have further encounters during her recovery.
Mary wrote this book many years after the events, and she has been able to give us many examples of how her new faith was tested in the years after the NDE, and this makes for a very compelling story. I was drawn into the book and really felt for the challenges that life has given Mary.
I thoroughly recommend this book as a great read, another example of modern miracles, and an extremely powerful story about the Afterlife.
My journey from cancer, to near death, to true healing.
In this, I now realise, second reading of Dying to be me, I have discovered another Key book. This is a profoundly important book, the messages from Anita around healing and a deeper understanding of why we are here on the planet are very powerful.

This book is a Great Book to follow Robert Monroe’s 3 books, and Otherwhere is also a great book on it’s own merits, you could read it 1st and if inspired and want to know more read Robert Monroe’s books.
* My first experience of White Crow re-publishing a important book is Randi’s Prize.
In Robert Monroe’s final book, as the title suggests he takes us on a “Ultimate Journey” As I wrote in my post about Robert’s 2nd book “Far Journeys” “…the more extensive my life experience, the more my After-life will be expanded” In this book, Robert is certainly giving you much to expand your mind.
As I said in my review of Robert Monroe’s Biography Journey of Robert Monroe, “it has inspired me to re-read Journeys out of the Body, Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey, Robert Monroe’s 3 books”. They are a Must Read.
The Title of this book is a bit of attention-grabbing. On reading about this book it seemed to have a lot of promise, but I found that it was more about the writer Ptolemy Tompkins and less about the conviction that the Physicist Bernard Haisch had come to through his work and study in physics. There have been a number of physicists who have been convinced of the existence of something more beyond what we experience in the material world. Having Bernard Haisch join their numbers is great, but the book title implied that more than this was discovered, and in this, the book was a disappointment. Thou this book has encouraged me to look up the books by Bernard Haisch, which are now on my “To Read” list.
Cold-Case Christianity: A Homicide Detective Investigates the Claims of the Gospels
This is a really good book. It help me to know and believe in the life of Jesus Christ. I have come to understand that the Gospels are eyewitness accounts of what happened.
