This is my site of useful Spiritual books/videos I have read/watched. The star system will help you pick the Highlights. The content is ranked 1 to 6 stars. (I started with a 5 star system, but kept getting books I thought were better than the ones I had already labeled 5 stars, so I added a sixth star, and then after some time wanted a seventh, but I restrained myself.)

The Author of this book, Nancy Clark, had a NDE early in life. Then later in life she had a more in-depth experience she called the Unitive Experience. In this book she explores and shares what she learnt from her Unitive experience. She shares valuable lessons for living a live closer to God.
This Great Book has just been republished and so you can now get it at a much more reasonable price, than at $100’s of dollars.
In this incredibly important book, you get the opportunity to follow along with the author, Robert McLuhan, as he examines much of the evidence in a number of areas of the paranormal.
Some the paranormal events he looks are Ghosts/hauntings, visits from apparitions, Mediums, seances, OBEs, NDEs, reincarnation, children remembering past lives, remote viewing, Card guessing experiments, the sense of being stared at, Psychic animals and more.
If you, like me, read lots about Near Death Experiences, you could easily come to the conclusion that this is a new modern phenomenon, since the publication of Raymond Moody’s book Life after Life in 1975. In this great anthology “In Times of War: Messages of Wisdom from Soldiers in the Afterlife’ we hear from a number of ordinary soldiers who have experienced or who are in the afterlife and communicate with us that after death on the battle field, they are still very much alive. Stories from one of the earliest near-death experiencers, Er written in 360 BC, through stories from WW I & II and Vietnam.
Jeff O’Driscoll was in the ER when Jeff Olsen was brought in after his car accident. Jeff O’Driscoll had a Near-Life Experience and saw Jeff Olsen’s, recently deceased wife, Tamara’s spirit, following her husband. In this remarkable book Jeff O’Driscoll may have coined the term Near-Life Experience, as he shares with us a number of such events from over his 25 years in the emergency department.
I just finished re-reading this fascinating book which I originally read many years ago. I can’t remember if it was this book which saved me from being a “Vegetarian”. My recollection of when I did my 18 months as a vegetarian is that it was before this book was published in 2009. My motivation to be a vegetarian was spiritual. I kept reading in lots of different places that to be spiritual and to be treading the spiritual paths one needed to be a vegetarian, (and a vegan was even better). My excursion into vegetarianism only lasted 18 months as my health slowly deteriorated, and my wife encouraged me to start eating meat again. She had been doing lots of reading and found that my body and blood type were not ideally suited to being a vegetarian, and that the symptoms I was having (constant tiredness, and not being able to get warm (which I still suffer from occasionally)) were all detailed as side effects of a vegetarian diet.
